ASAP21 Letter to SDCRAA dated 9-22-03

"..we respectfully urge the Authority to eliminate all site scenarios located outside San Diego County from further consideration for a detailed Tier II analysis. Proposed sites outside the county include March AFB, the Desert Site in Imperial Valley, and the Tijuana Rodriguez Airport."
